Jorgen Hesselberg is the Director of Enterprise Agile Transformation at Intel. With more than fifteen years of experience in a variety of business environments from proprietary hedge funds to Fortune 50 companies, Jorgen specializes in helping organizations achieve value through leadership, passion and effective management thinking and techniques. He holds a Master of Science from Northwestern University and completed leadership training at Harvard Business School.

 

Cliff Hazell has made a career out of breaking down the obstacles that stand in the way of great work. He is often challenging the status quo in his quest to develop the right culture and systems for creation of excellent digital products. After a tour of addresses across South Africa, Cliff moved to Stockholm where he works on the Coaching team at Spotify.

 

 

Selma Prodanovic, the Startup-Grande-Dame, is one of the most influential business developers in Europe. An entrepreneur and philanthropist, also known as the Business Angelina, her passion lies in unleashing the untapped entrepreneurial potential of millions of creative and innovative future-makers from around the world.

With her business developer Brainswork, she supported over 300 startups, corporates, and investors. She is co-founder and board member of the Austrian Angel Investors Association and board member of EBAN (European Trade Association for Business Angels, Seed Funds and Early Stage Market Players). She invests in the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems and had major impact on the growth of creative industries, the startup, and the business angel environment in Austria and SEE. As an inspirational speaker Selma mastered the stage over 1000 times speaking about entrepreneurship, networking, creativity, and innovation. She lectures on entrepreneurship among others at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.

For her innovative approach to business, and commitment to entrepreneurship and social change, Selma received numerous awards, most recently the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award. She is happily married to her first love and proud mother of two fantastic teenagers.

  

 

Mehmet Yitmen serves as ACM’s Managing Partner and Agile consultant. He has been actively looking for ways to improve the efficiency and quality of the Turkish software industry. Mehmet is the founder and president of the Agile Software Development Association in Turkey. After graduating from Bilkent University with an Industrial Engineering degree, he worked in the logistics industry and then continued on to join ACM. Mehmet Yitmen continuously carries out studies on using Agile approaches within ACM and while adapting these approaches to the culture of the company, improves his expertise of Agile. Mehmet is also a consultant and participates in many projects as a PSMT (Professional Scrum Master Trainer) and a Scrum Master.

  

 

Bart Hufen is author of several books on Applied Games and Gamification and owner of BrandNewGame (www.brandnewgame.nl). This corporation develops and produces serious games for corporations, education and governments. Recent projects include companies such as Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Foot Locker Europe, City of Amsterdam and Ziggo. Next to running BrandNewGame, Bart often holds guest lectures at several universities and he also organizes the practical part of the Master Applied Game Design at the University of Amsterdam.

 

  Enis Zeherović is Software Engineer with experience in traditional and agile software development. Some of roles he performed are Team Manager, Quality Assurance/Quality Control engineer, owner and project manager for development of test automation frameworks. He is also, Consultant for Software testing and HP Software products. Through learning and investigation of test processes in Agile, he helps other to implement Agile Methodologies and to test in right way in Agile environment. He is certified Professional Scrum Product Owner and active Agile evangelist in his company and outside.

 

 

Andrew Hiles began his computing career building poorly assembled websites for friends and family, and to this day continues to under-perform in all personal attempts to create interesting web design. Thankfully, on leaving University Andy found his calling in people focused team leadership roles. Andy has spent the last seven years managing and facilitating multi-discipline teams within Agile environments. A firm believer that great teams build great products, Andy is the co-founder of Agile Snap, an agile coaching and training consultancy based in the UK.

 

  Anders Sixtensson has +20 years of business consultancy experience acting as lean/agile specialist and coach, project manager, supply chain analyst or senior advisor in different business improvement initiatives with main focus on increasing capability to deliver value for money. Anders specialty is large software development organizations in a multi-project environment having problems with due-date deliveries and overall throughput. Anders has a broad experience from industry segments like telecom, defense, packaging, hygiene and other software development intensive organisations.

 

 

Almir Drugović is a founder of Odinteq and has extensive experience in the Agile Adoption space.  Some of the industry's largest and most successful Agile transformations have been led by the organization he co-founded: Sutherland Group. Almir has deep expertise and understands the changes to Culture, Technology, Organizational Design, People, and Leadership necessary to make lasting change.  He is often invited to speak at international conferences to share expertise in the Agile Transformation space and is a part of the Agile Alliance Enterprise Agile Adoption program – a prestigious, invitation-only industry consortium. He lives with his family in Chicago, Illinois.

  

  Kemal Bajramović is an ICT projects manager with more than 10 years of experience in successfully initiating and implementing information systems in public administration as well as building capacities for e-Government, in projects funded by EC, GIZ, USAID, AECID and other international and local organizations and institutions. More than 5 years of experience in lecturing on e-Procurement, Public sector ICT procurements and e-Government, both in academia and professionals’ seminars and conferences. Master of Computer Science with specialization in Information Systems from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden.

Nermina Durmić is a Software Product Manager, currently employed in Mistral Technologies. Her primary experience lies in developing customer relationships, analysis and definition of product requirements, leading the product development processes and project teams. Application of Agile Methodologies in software development stands for her main expertise. 

Nermina is also actively involved in academia as she holds a PhD degree in Technical Science in the field of Information Technologies, earned from International Burch University in April 2014. Her research area is in Information Systems (IS) projects development and its success. Nermina’s doctoral work spreads across the project success aspects and critical factors present throughout whole IS project development lifecycle, which easily take a project to success or failure. Application of the project success model during IS project development, which she created, helps IT organizations to decrease a percentage of project failures that they have been facing with. Last but not least, Nermina also identified the most common mistakes made in Agile software development.

 

Enes Pelko has 9 + years of experience as a professional software developer. He is currently working as Solution Architect at Authority Partners. During his career, he worked for Fortune 500 companies building large custom enterprise systems. His specialty is building platforms for developing custom SOA solutions.  Enes has a passion for new technologies. He believes that software development is not just about building new products, but also about building development teams which will be capable of creating new ideas and transforming them into real products.

 

Enisa Muratović is a certified Scrum Product Owner with experience in leading software development teams both in traditional and agile software development. For more than 15 years she has worked on various projects in different industries with particular expertise in offsite development.
